I disabled my onboard graphics and now i cant see anything

Do you see any of the Boot information when you try to start your computer?

Did you disable the integrated graphics in the BIOS? If so, open up your case and remove the round silver CMOS battery and wait 10 minutes before putting it back in. This will reset your BIOS settings back to factory default. Here's what the battery looks like:

Turning off a device from within the OS (Windows) should have no effect on whether or not you see your startup information, so if you disabled something in Windows and still don't see boot information you might have a different problem.
