did you buy a version of the 750 ti that requires a 6-pin from the power supply? and if so is it plugged in?

did you uninstall the old video drivers before turning off the system to install the 750 ti?

is the monitor plugged into the gtx 750 ti?

you might need to reset the CMOS, consult the motherboard guide.

Do you have windows 8? If so you might need to go into the BIOS and disable UEFI or set it to legacy mode.

You could also need to set primary display device to PEG, or PCIE in the BIOS

Firstly that machine is not uefi compatible and has a legacy bios so you can forget about that not that it would have necessarily mattered really anyway. What way have you it connected hdmi or dvi?
