Ah. Well, Windows 10 has become pretty notorious for breaking drivers, especially with peripherals like sound, wireless adapters, etc. If the manufacturer hasn't come out with Windows 10 drivers, the old Windows 7/8 drivers may simply not work.
Have you tried switching to the generic audio drivers that come with Windows 10? Go into Device Manager, right-click your speakers as if updating the drivers, and select "Browse my computer." There should be an option on the list for "High Definition Audio Device," which is the Windows 10 default driver. See if that gives you sound back. If you've already tried that with no luck, I apologize.
