i got a good deal and got 2 8GB ram total of 16GB ram should i put it in this computer i will overclock my CPU and GPU i just want to now how will it affect my computer and will it affect in any bad way?

it should not affect your pc in anyway you should be able to run it a bit more smoother but before installing remember to check if you have enough power supply

my graphic card says 750w recommended i have 550w how will i know if i have enough power left to add another ram

ok what about anti static wrist band how do i use it everyone is saying everything different i am on an the normal apratment carpet but i will build my pc on a wood table how can i protect my computer and it will be my friend also who will help so we both will be using esd. where do i connect it> people telling me connect it with a screw that is connected to psu mine and my friends. some says dont do anythign just both of you connect to metal some says dont stand on carpet. i am confused
