Will GT 740 Geforce be satisfied with my current power supply?

Good night people ! I wonder if anyone can tell me if the power supply will hold the current setup that im planning on acquiring( I usually play Diablo 3 / World of Warcraf ):

Geforce GT 740sddr3 2gb
Corsair 80 plus bronze 430w
Intel iCore 5 4440

Not the most amazing power supply in the world, of course, but you can run a GT 740 just fine.

If possible change the psu to something like xfx or seasonic . fir wattage 430w should be fine.
