hi, just built new rig based on skylake, i am suspecting a lemon cpu,
hardware is
Asus maximus viii hero,
skylake i5 6600k,
corsair vangence 16 GB,
raid 0 samsung 840 evo,
gigabyte gtx970 windforce oc
corsair rm850 psu.
evry time i oc even at 0.1 oc my pc slows down, checked to see if my memory hasnt been underclocked witch hasnt, it had been oc by a lil bit. auto clock dont work just slows down, then put it on xmp and shange multiplyer by a small amout still slows down. i dont know if im missing somthing or its just a lemon?
