With RAM : 4GB DDR2 or 3GB
Which best GPU of list below?
ATI Radeon HD 6450 1GB OR Nivdia Geforce GT 740 Superclocked 4GB DDR3 OR GeForce GT 730 2GB ?
Which will run smoothly with this specs?
Do i need more RAM then 3GB? like 4GB?

The 740 would be the best, but 4gb on that card is worthless, get whatever the cheapest 740 variant is.

All of these cards are rather slow in general.

go for the gtx740 and at least 4 gig of memory on system also if the motherboard could handle it get the e 6700 .

I'm gonna spend around 253 USD for new CPU which is Intel Core Duo and new GPU from above but i think i won't get enough for GT 740 after getting quad core CPU + i need GPU for lightweight gaming like playing some online flash games + small games like indie's and unity built in games
