Need a perfect GPU for my rig for 720p Gaming

Hi everyone, I have just finished building my first pc and im looking for a good gpu for 720p gaming.

My specs are
AMD FX 8350 processor
Asus M5a78lm-usb3 MoBo
Corsair Vengeance 8gb ram (4g x 2)
Corsiar VS 550w PSU
Asus DVD Writer
Antec A20 after market cooler
Zebronics rolls out the beast CPU case
Xbox 360 wireless controller
Logitech wireless keyboard/ mouse combo
I dont have a monitor but A 26" Samsung LED Tv that is limited to 720p. please Please Please advice me for a perfect GPU for my rig as I want to play latest games Like Fallout 4, Hitman, Crysis 3, Deus Ex etc on high settings 720p. Im on a tight budget!!! Apologies for making it too long... Thanks in advance!

Update :- My budget is around INR 10000 or about USD 150 :)

what is your tight budget?
as you may know, playing at 720p is not requiering a high end GPU so you're in a good spot.

This is te best price/performancein my opinion:
Video Card: VisionTek Radeon R9 380 2GB Video Card ($162.68 @ Amazon)

** There are cheaper GPU's BUT Never buy a GPU with less then 256-bit Bus Width..

Thanks for the reply mate... My budget is around $150 but I can squeeze a little more if that card you mentioned would let me play top end games for the next couple of years. And iif I'd spend too much on a gpu I wont have any money left to buy any new titles :D

Well then you mught find this one still on sale! same GPU but cheaper:
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 2GB PCS+ Video Card ($153.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $153.98

I'll just say again :) Never buy a GPU with less then 256 bit bus width
