is this set up good enough to play WoW at 60fps 1080p at high settings

Do you plan on overclocking? Then go with this build but replace the R9 270x with a GTX 960 because ATI processors are power whores and are generally louder and hotter than Nvidia GPUs. If you don't plan on overclocking then go with an Intel 4440/4460/4590 depending on your budget. That way you can also save money but not needing a separate cooler. The AMD CPU is better at rendering videos and editing ie tasks that require 8 cores. But for gaming you don't usually need 8 cores and intel quad cores are generally better. An ssd won't affect your actual in game performance but will speed up your system boot time and make it snappier. Invest in an ssd if you have leftover funds that you don't want to utilize for a better processor, GPU or motherboard.
