Hey guys the title really says it all please give me a hand picking out quality components .... I already have a R9 290x 4GB VRam GPU and keyboard and mouse but just need a solid gaming rig for quality performance on games like CS:GO and Arma 2 -3. Do need a monitor preferably 24inch

I'm farely new to this stuff would this be compatible with the R9 290X and which monitor would you recommend ... What FPS do you think id get?

Yes the graphics card will work.

For the fps, it really depends on what game you are playing.
Any 1080p monitor will work, it just depends on what size you would like, what brand( which I would recommend Samsung or LG ), etc
