I have a amd fx-8320 3.50 ghz eight-core Which is reaching temperatures from 70-80 C This is a new rig and has upgraded liquid cooling and 9 fans. Im not overclocking or running extreme amouts of programs. Just league of legends, teamspeak and spotify.
I have:
GIGABYTE GA-970 Motherboard<>
2 ADATA XPG V3 4GB Memory<>
2 Tb SATA III 6GB/s 7200 RPM 64 MB CACHE 3.5 HD <>
APEVIA 800WATT Power Supply<>
Nvidia gtx 750 TI 2GB GDDR5 graphic card<>
2x Case fan 120MM <>
ASETEK 550LC 120Mm watercooler <>
2 M.fan series Push Pull <>
BLACK x-dreamer-4 green led fan mid w/window<>

i do not have extensive knowledge on heatsink or checking to see if it seated properly. I bought this computer due to my old one having overheating problems and consistently shutting off. Now this one is doing the same within 6 months of buying it. Advice or anything that could be the problem would be appreciated. I contacted CYBERPC and they said to send in the water cooling fan but i dont see anything wrong with the one i have now. Yes all fan are working and recently cleaned dust no improvement. PLEASE HELP!

I would be interested in knowing if the hose bringing liquid out of the CPU block is warm, and if it is, how warm is it compared to the hose bringing liquid into the CPU block.

If the outhose is comparatively cool, it is a sign that the block is not seated properly or the thermal paste is not working.

If the inhose is comparatively warm, it means that your radiator is nor cooling properly.

Send that water cooler back, i recommend the corsair H60, very good water cooler and is a work horse. Runs like a champ and isnt even loud. Also check to see for dusnt around the pins of the mobo or if theres something near the cpu causing radiant heat. But for sure take that liquid cooler out.

Okay thank you very much, Much help! i Will send it back ASAP! Will re-update you after the new one arrives or get the Corsair H60.

I unselected the answer. The very warm pipe is coming from the CPU block. The cold one, should be a bit above room temperature. If it is a lot warmer than that, then your radiator or pump is not working efficiently. You could use a medical thermometer to help check temperature.

If you are very uncertain, get professional help form the manufacturer.

Not necessarily, that CPU could be just running that hot plus metal on metal is a good heat conductor thus adding to the higher temp "hot hose"
