i5 6600(NON K) bottleneck with a gtx 980 ti

Would just like to know if I would have any issues with the new i5 6600 (non OC) with a gtx 980 ti?
would I be fine without overclocking or is it worth it to spend the extra 30-40 bucks to get the 6600K?

No need to OC. the i5 6600 will do just fine with no bottle-necking.

So I just in your opinion would it be worth it to OC? like worth spending the extra money for the 6600k and a decent cpu cooler as far as OC or na?
Im not doing anything crazy mainly playing WoW, CoD, Smite, DoTa on 1440p
