My system: AMD Phenom II Quad-core, 1 TB H-D, ATI Radeon HD 4200, 64 bt, Windows 10. I just updated Photoshop which I use extensively. Not really a gamer. Now seeing "need more vram" window for some apps. I intend to get into 3D sculpting. My PC is also slower overall. Looking for a solution. Thanks.

Sadly it's true, just like popatim said before, that's an old generation card for today's standard, not to be mentioned that you are working with 3D/graphic appliation which is need MORE power than just HD 4200.

Maybe I can suggest you to save money and then sell whole PC to get a new and better one. (CPU also play a part when it comes to 3D things). :)
