Yes I did read over the steps and checked the manual again. When I start my new PC the GPU fan kicks on, the CPU fan kicks on, the case LEDs come on, and the PSU light/fan comes on for about 20 seconds then it shuts itself off and boots up again in about 5 seconds (everything still running on the second boot-up). I do not get a signal to my monitor which is strange and I am wondering what the problem could be. I have a fractal R4 case and noticed that it did not come with a speaker for the bootup (so I do not know how many beeps I am supposed to be hearing). I probably screwed something up along the way but I cannot tell what it is, please help I am willing to admit my defeat.

Ok so I have tested this problem without my GPUs and one stick of ram and the issue still persists.

So far I've taken out the ram and put it back in, replaced the CMOS battery...and still no luck. Shame really, but I guess it doesn't affect performance. Could it perhaps be the case power button? Got the MSI X99s, so will use the onboard button next time to see.

Sorry to bump up an old thread but I fixed the problem. I just updated the bios of my motherboard to the newest one and it worked! Hope that helps!
