5820K, no need to buy a $1000 CPU for "fun".
Edit: The $1000 CPU is the 5960X, the 5930K is $500 but barely an improvement over the 5820K.

What he said. Gaming does not need more than four cores, and with six cores and Hyperthreading, the 5820K is great, and it can be overclocked as well for considerable power.
The 5930K is overkill for what you need and very expensive too.
