Originally, I attempted to fix an odd sound coming from my graphics card (sounded like something was stuck on it) and did not see anything caught on the fans so I unplugged and replugged the card and after I was getting no display because my graphics card was not turning on and only my CPU fan would go on. After this, I tried clearing the CMOS and I believe it worked because I got my computer working with all fans and components turning on. However, after around 30 minutes of use (playing a game) my computer power reset automatically and I continued using it after this. A few minutes later it reset again and continued doing so until there was only a few seconds inbetween resets so I disconnected the power supply.

After, I tried turning on my PC again and it worked like normal again except after a while it started resetting again. I disconnected my GPU and it is still happening. Should I RMA my power supply? or could the issue still be something other than the power supply with a possible fix?

My build:

im not entirely sure but thats the least of my worries now haha. it sounded like something was hitting the fan but i didnt see anything hitting it. From what I know coil whine is a high pitched but the sound I was getting sounded exactly like a wire hitting the fan
