I have my Razer Ouroboros for over a year now, and today I noticed that it isn't working on Wireless mode. I've tryed to turn it of by pressing both DPI buttons at the same time, but it doesn't work. In some of my attemps, i managed to take it out of the charging dock and the cursor moved for about 4 seconds, then the LEDs started blinking and it turned off. It's like its not charged, but Razer Synapse says its fully charged.

I've tryed taking of the battery too, but i didn't work either. When directly connected to my laptop, it doesn't charge, but the 3 lights on the middle of the mouse starts blinking.
Please help me! I live in Brazil so calling Razer Support would be a pain in the ass (I bought it on USA so I don't know how the warranty works)...

Actually meant remove the cable entirely before turning it on. My old razer wireless mouse was very finicky about how and when it would connect to my laptop.

If you have skype, calling 1-800 numbers is free, so you should probably call razer via skype to see if they have suggestions.

You mean, before I turn the mouse off? Yes I did. I did everything you can imagine, but it keeps turning off as soon as I take it off from the charging dock. If it was a Razer Mamba 2012 or a Naga I could simply buy a new battery... But that's not the case :c
