can anyone with a gigabyte motherboard help me answer a question about the APP CENTER utility from gigabyte please please

can any one with a gigabyte motherboard can help me installing the app center and SIV -I downloaded the app center from gigabyte there is 2 setup files I installed it using setup.exe but then I noticed there is 2 services that keeps loading with windows each time EasyTuneEngineService.exe and graphicscardengine.exe what is these ?and do I need ti install app center from setup1.exe maybe so these services will not install ? I don't want to overclock only want to use SIV thank you for help

EasyTuneEngineService.exe and graphicscardengine.exe from gigabyte always runs in the backround why ?

Tbh with you i dint know how you can have problems downloading and installing it really. Would love to
Help and btw i do have a gigabyte mobo and im not sure if i even have it on my pc hahaha
Just out of intrest whats your pc config ?
There may be a youtube video on how to do it.
