looking for drivers for the NCP2000v2.1 NVR Capture card. The card (and computer) was given to me by someone that upgraded to a standalone nvr. The only label on card has the following numbers 632303400 P010404010000-21001. This info leads to UDP Technology, but sadly because there are no other tags on the card, they too are not able to send me any drivers because they can't identify which ones to send.

I have tried the universal WDMCapture drivers with some luck. Using the default driver in that installer it installs 4 devices properly and when I run the installer a second time using the conexant Bt878 card type it will install the other 6 but they have errors. That error was 'driver is not for this platform'.

I wish to thank everyone for any help in this as I wish to give this to a neighbor because they have had a couple of break in's now.

Thank you for your help with this issue.

Turns out all I had to do was take the WdmCapture driver installer and chose compatability mode for XP with sp3. These drivers installed and card works.

Thanks!
UDP Technology, unlike most other hardware manufacturer's, don't even have a driver downloads page for their products (I just checked) so that's not very helpful for a start. Sure, they've got "Support" links but no downloads area. If it's a old one it may not be supported on Windows 7 anyway.

You may have to abandon that and buy a new one that has better web support.

Okay, so I now have 3 devices that installed correctly. Conexant's BtPCI WDM audio capture, Conexant's BtPCI WDM video Capture, High Definition Audio Device. There are 3 others under "sound, video and game controllers" that are in error with the message saying to reinstall the drivers for this device code 18.
There are 3 "unknown devices" in Other devices that have the error code 28, 'driver is not intended for this platform'

As I stated previously I know this all was running on Windows 7 home premium. UDP has no idea "which" of the drivers to send to me because I can not identify their "vendor" from the card or the pc.

Any help would be welcome and THANK YOU in advance!!!

Again, thanks in advance for any help!!!!!
