In the uper link you can see 4 partitions, why can i not delete the 2 partitions one 451 mb and other 378 not in disk manager, not in diskpart even if i format them??? Is this the recovery partition from win 8.1 i lately installed win 10 oem on my samsung series 9 np900x3d. Thanks for any help

Hey there, periss.

This is unallocated space (storage space that has not been formatted with a files system and it's not being used). This means that there's no partition to be delete. You can create one partition of 451MB and one of 378MB. What's more interesting is why are the partitions arranged like that. Have you used any partition software or anything else besides Disk Management and partitioning via Windows installation media (DVD/USB)?
