I'm going to buy a PSU ( Antec HCG-750M) and my MB is Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H with i5 4570 and have a XFX R9 280X DD.
Antec PSU has 1 x 8 Pin EPS 12V and need to know whether this supports my MB and the PSU is ok to run the GPU.

Solution
Hi racool,

You should be fine. Here's a picture of all the connectors: http://www.antec.com/connectors.php?ProdID=23870

- The 1 x 4+4 Pin ATX/EPS will be used to power your CPU
- The 1 x 20+4 Pin will be used to power your Motherboard
- The XFX R9 280X DD requires 1 6/8 pin, which is the (4 x) 6+2 PCI-E connector on your Anetc

You should be absolutley fine. The Antec HCG-750M is a tier 2 PSU that is a great choice.

thanks for the quick reply, but this is the actual shown in the connectors in Antec HCG-750M , http://www.antec.com/connectors.php?ProdID=23883
It has mentioned only a 8pin EPS 12V. will that be OK
