My CPU is bottle necking me hard i need to know what is the best step i can take without replacing motherboard.

Motherboard:GA-78LMT-USB3
GPU: Radeon R9 390 8GB
CPU AMD Vishera FX-4300 3.8 Ghz/4.0 Ghz Turbo
Ram:16 GB
Power:750 watt
I need to know the best cpu i can get on this that wont bottleneck my gpu so much. I appreciate any help ahead of time.
P.S.: i know i shouldve gone Intel in the first place but at the time i got a great deal on cpu and mobo bundle. Now i just put all my money into 390 and im to broke for mobo AND CPU upgrade.

Because your MB is GA-78LMT-USB3, it has low power phase count ( 4+1), if you want to upgrade the cpu to fx8320, you need a top-down blowing design cooler, not the stock cooler, like or similar: http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/1927/cnps_8900_extreme-025.jpg also may use other small fan to cool down the VRMs section ( next to the cpu socket) like http://www.overclockers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=135114&d=1384710155 if you have the VRMs overheat problem.

fx8320 on benchmarks barely gets an 8% gaming performance compared to the fx 4300 though

It is true for some games, like the GPU intensive game. But depends on what game you play, like batman, I will say the fx8320 will much better than the fx4300, because fx8350=fx8320, and fx4320=fx4300. http://www.techspot.com/review/1022-batman-arkham-knight-benchmarks/page7.html

1 - plan ahead
2 - don't blow all your money on a GPU (seriously? an R9 390???)
3 - turn down the resolution or other effects in the game to let the CPU catch up
