Computer won't boot with both ram

My computer will only boot with one ram in it when I try both it doesn't do anything
I have tried the RAM sticks in both channels by them self and they worked so both ram work and both ram slots work
I'm useing
Ram - 8gb ddr3 1600 CL10 240 pin UDIMM kit 2x4gb 1.5v
MB - asrock n68c-s UCC
CPU - AMD phenom ii x4 945
Psu cx600
Any suggestions

What is the DRAM set at? Try with a single stick, at 1333 9-9-9-26, 1.55, if it boots OK then try adding the other stick. If no joy try at 1066 with same timings and voltage, and let me know, then we can work from there
