Hello.
I just got this mobo, I had to buy another one because the otherone overheated.
Now when i boot my pc my screen does not turn on and after a while the Video card fans just stop... And sometimes when It actualy turns on a works I get a bad resolution. When this happens I have to put another Video Card in and after that it fixes the resolution I can put the R9 390X in.
Works perfectly with other videocards.

If the 390x card is more powerful than the other graphics cards you have requiring more power draw.
It would be a good idea to list the brand of power supply you are using in the system at the moment and it`s total wattage out put.

It would suggest that the power supply is not up to the job of powering the 390x card with all the other components of the pc build you have.

Or to at least double check that you have all of the power connectors that the motherboard requires plugged into the motherboard via your Psu.

Have a check that the 390x card is also uefi capable, along with the your evo 2.0 board.
Make sure Csm mode in the bios is set to full initialization and not part initialization of uefi devices.

Consider checking the Asus...

Consider checking the Asus website for an update version of the bios, I know some revisions fixed the booting of the system with some graphics cards based on uefi standard, and usb 3.0 device problems, plus stability with some graphics cards.

Check what version of the bios firmware you have on the board at the moment and flash it to a more new version of the firmware.
