So I'm looking at some different motherboards, and I've been told that H97's and Z97's are a good choice for my build.

I want to be cheap, but I would like some suggestions on what is really worth the money.

I'm not too sure about the H97's because I'm seeing some good and bad reviews about for example the ASRock H97 Anniversary or the PRO4.

If someone could give me some suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

I did some research, and I wanted to go with something similar to an i7, but cheaper. I realize it is less powerful and cannot be overclocked, but it's the CPU I'm going with. Maybe in the future I will go with a better build altogether, but in the meantime, I already purchased the CPU and waiting to see how it works out for me.

Yes, I realize that the 750 Ti is a "weak" GPU these days. But, this was an upgrade from a measly Radeon HD 6450. Once I tore out that piece of shit and installed the 750 Ti, I couldn't have been happier.

It'll work for now until I want to upgrade my GPU to something more powerful, but in the meantime that's what I got.
