I was going to order the parts for a i7-5820K setup, but then I came across the i7-6700K. I'm not sure if I should buy the i7-6700K or the i7-5820K, because the i7-6700K is newer, but oddly costs less, while the i7-5820K is older, but costs more. I don't plan on overclocking, and listed below are the builds I would use for each one. Also, I'm going to be playing and streaming DOTA 2, LoL, and WoW (at max settings, hopefully).

The two will perform near identically in games. There may be a small percent difference that you will never notice without running a benchmark. The 5820k will have the edge in applications that scale better with more cores (video encoding, rendering).

So if you ever plan on doing any serious graphics work, go with the 5820k. If you're only interesting in gaming, then get whichever one is cheaper or whose chipset has more features that you want.

the i7 6700k will get you a fair bit better gaming preformance.
also i would never get an OEM version of windows, since it is tied to that motherboard and components.
if your OS drive corrups or something dies, then you will have to buy another windows licence
