Should I be worried about my CPU temperatures?

Yes I have recently taken the water cooler on my CPU off and when i was going to put it back on i accidentally touched the Thermal Paste with my thumb. I looked it up and it looked like it would be okay but I just wanted to make sure my Temps wont be to high. At idle there any where between 20-C and 30-C. And under a heavy load (i ran a stress test) it got up to a max of 80-C. Should I be okay or should I take off the block and re-apply thermal paste? ( I would of done that in the first place but i don't have any at the moment.) Here is a pic of IDEL temps. https://i.gyazo.com/2c7ea01c1739d720e88da3a609a96538.png

SORRY FOR THE DOUBLE POST I DIDNT SEE THAT IT HAD ALREADY POSTED,:sarcastic:

Idle temp is fine, as would be expected. But load temps of 80C is a too high for most CPUs. Especially considering liquid cooling. You're probably safe, but I would pick up some thermal paste and cleaner, and replace it when convenient. Any time you remove a cooler and replace it, the old thermal paste will have the possibilty of having microscopic air bubbles introduced. Air is a poor thermal conductor.

What is the CPU?

Already have it ordered! Thanks for the advice!:D As for now i i only play CS:GO and a lil bit of Arma 3 and CS it gets a max of 50 Then in Arma 3 it gets up to only 60-65 so i wasn't worried that much but im def gonna go ahead and buy some!
