[Solved] Help me select a new GPU for a Gigabyte GA- P43- ES3G Motherboard

Specs:
Gigabyte GA- P43- ES3G Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz 2.67GHz
ATi Radeon HD 4850 (1GB)(Current GPU)
4 gigs of RAM
The price range is around 150 - 200$. I recently found out that a PCIe slot (PCIe 2.0 x16 in my case) pretty much gives me a pass to pick a DDR5 GPU. Is this true, is such a GPU compatible with my motherboard, and most importantly, what would you recommend?
Any feedback will be of great help!

This exact GPU can't be found in my country. I have to choose between Palit, Gigabyte and EVGA, most common models being:

EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB KalmX
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB OC
PALIT GeForce GTX 750 TI 2GB STORMX DUAL
PALIT GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB STORMX OC

Is there a major difference between them or it doesn't really matter?
