I have a Amd fx6300 and my core speed goes from 3506MHz to 1402MHz and goes back up about every 10 seconds, What can I do?

What you are seeing is normal.
If you wish to keep the cpu at it`s maximum clock speed of 3.5Ghz.
Go into your bios of the motherboard and turn off or disable the amd cool and quiet option.
and also the cpu boost options.
save the new settings before you exit the bios and the cpu will say at a fixed frequency of 3.5Ghz as said ok.

Thank you very much for the response, I turned off amd cool and quiet and whenever I'm on my browser the mHz doesn't drop but when I game there are still drops. What do you think is wrong?
And also, by "cpu boost options" do you mean to turn it off or on?
