I Have buy a Intel Core i5 4460 processor and a Gigabyte Geforce GT 730 VGA and I want build a pc with :
4GB Ram and 500GB HDD, what type of RAM and HDD i need?
what motherboard is good for that Hardware, but not higher than $111,31 (If there are)?
What Case is should i use but inexpensive?
What Optical Drive DVD-RW is good for reading and writing?
Is that all complete for creating a CPU?

Solution
* You don't need Expensive mobo for your CPU
* Why 4GB??? Get 8GB, since most games are minimum required for 4GB
* The Case I select already comes with 2 Led fans for Intake-Exhaust
* It doesn't matter which Optical Drive you should get, unless you plan to buy Blu-ray DVDs
*Did you already buy that GPU???
* What purpose for this Build?? Gaming??
* better you should see some Youtube Videos about PC Build Guide.

* Did someone suggested you that GPU?
* Your GPU consumes only 45W & you can play modern games at 720p at low settings.
* You can get any PSU you like, since that GPU really matter for PSU
* For Blu-ray, read this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/292777-31-burner-waste-money-burner

-No, i choose that GPU
-Is that GPU is not good for modern games?
-so, just the GPU that determine what PSU i need?
-I think i not need bluray, i just need DVD-RW to save money.
-I think i will choose this Cooler Master - CMP 102 Case, is this Case good for the Cpu i will build?
-I choose Power Logic - Magnum Pro 275X Power Supply, is this PSU good?
-I watch a guide video, it use thermal paste. Will i need to buy this?
-I will buy 2 Lepa - Vortex 12cm Fans.
-will i need a Sound Card?

* GT 730 is just an Entry level GPU. You can't get not more than 15fps at Low settings at 720p on modern Games
* That PSU is good for GT 730, but it will turn into horrible if you get a Mid or High-end GPU cards.
* Since Cooler Master - CMP 102 Case comes with 500W PSU, you don't need extra PSU for your GT 730.
* All stock/aftermarket cpu cooler comes with pre-applied thermal paste. So, you don't need to buy new paste.
* If you are into Sound Editing then you need a Sound Card, otherwise don't waste money onto this.
