Can anyone help me ??

Can anyone tell me the CPU usage while idle in percentage (Means only desktop is open)

And also tell me the GPU usage while idle in percentage ??

Please tell me the Cpu and Gpu usage while on idle if he/she has this specification !!!

Intel Core i3 (any model but must be a i3)
Nvidia GTX 970 4GB DDR5 (any manufacturer but must be a GTX 970)
Ram must be 8GB

And if you can tell me the Ram usage in Mb !!!

Tell me only if he/she has this specification !!!

Solution
If you just want to see the percentages for these and you are running Windows, just open task manager (right click on the taskbar and select task manager) then look for the performance info. You should see the CPU and RAM and how much they are being used in a percentage with a graph in real time. For GPU, use Afterburner, it is compatible with the 970.

If you want to know what the typical percentages are for these parts, it really depends on what you have running in the background. If you are running nothing at all except a blank Windows desktop, your CPU should be anywhere from 1% to 5% and it'll jump up whenever you open an app or website. RAM use also depends on what you have running in the background. GPU use should be close to...

RAM use also depends on what you have running in the background. GPU use should be close to nothing as well unless you are watching a video or running a game. Right now, while typing this, my CPU is at 3%, my RAM is 45% (I got a bunch of apps running in the background as well as a bunch of tabs open in my browser) and my GPU use is exactly 0%. I have a e3-1230v2 (similar to i7 3770), 8 GB RAM and a R9 290 4GB GPU. You have half the threads as my CPU so the % will probably be a bit higher.

Solution
All of those are dependant of what YOU are using on your pc.
THe idle percentage can range from 0% to 20%. It is never all the time the same. No matter what someone has, you will have different.

Same for RAM usage. It completely depends of what you have installed on your pc and what is running.
It can range from 1Gb (1000Mb) to 5Gb (5000Mb).
