Hello. I need to upgrade my pc to run the games i play better. But i have no experience in upgrading a pc. What should i upgrade first?

My specs:
CPU: AMD FX(TM)- 8300 eight- core processor 3.30 ghz.

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 series.

Well apparently my device maneger says i have a amd radeon HD7700 graphics card but the store i bought it from says that i have a amd radeon HD8769 graphics card.

I am so confused.
