Hello everyone,
I had this PSU for a really long time and it became really loud, even oiling it didn't do the trick. My question is, do I need to consider the shape of the fan, when changing it, for instance, my fan is L shaped, but will O shaped fan fit ? Because a lot of fans are O shaped nowadays. And what else do I need to consider when buying a new fan for PSU. And please without the drama about not to open your psu, cause I already know the risk and already opened it twice.

I only have this fan in my country http://www.frozencpu.com/products/13854/fan-903/Zalman_ZM-F4_135mm_x_25mm_Silent_Chassis_Fan_w_120mm_Mount_Pattern.html It is 3 pin, what if I will fit 3 pin ? I already have one fan with 2 pin fitted in 3 pin slot. Or do I need an adapter? I read on the net that you only need a black and red wire to be connected and the yellow one controls speed, which I don't need. I'll just connect those sides with black and red and the yellow will be left behind. Your thoughts?

You have a couple issues: the mounting holes are 120 mm and the CFM is way too low to cool a PSU. Are you absolutely sure that's the only fan in your country? Can't PC shops in your country order a suitable ~100 CFM 135 mm x 25 mm 2 pin fan? There are no online stores that you can order from?

There was also said it is 135. And yes, that's the only one. That size is the only one that isn't in my country. I don't think so pc shops will order what I need, they only sell what they have, from my experience.

It's a 120 mm fan with 135 mm fan blades and unless your PSU is way more powerful than it needs to be, that fan isn't suitable for it (even though you could attach it using tie wraps). You didn't say where you live, but can't you order from a place like Amazon or eBay that deliver almost worldwide?

Other fans that would work and hopefully they ship to your country (unless you live in a country that's excluded):

- Ly 13525M12S if you can find a place that ships to your country.

Sorry, I'm from Latvia. I can order from ebay and amazon, but waiting 25-40 days is a lot.

For how long has your fan been noisy? Unfortunately you don't have much of a choice if you select free shipping.

A month now. Is that the cheapest fan that you found? I don't need the best one that I can get, just the one that won't be too loud.
