Hello!
I want to Factory Reset my Laptop. But my major problem is that the PC Settings windows won't open. It just pop up and then it goes down to the tray. If I want to open it just pop up and goes down again. I uninstalled everything from the laptop but the Settings still won't work. I bought the laptop with the system so I don't want another on it.
So my question is: Why I can't open the Settings? And there is another way to FR the system?
