Help! My pc keeps shutting down and rebooting randomly. I can't find any solutions for this problem. I can't download win 10 before its freezes or random reboots and restart again! This is getting very problematic. I had 10 to 20 shutdowns in the past hour today! I had pulled my CMOS battery to reset the bios and problems persists. I have searched for fixes but can't find one long off before the pc shuts down.

Spec:

AMD 9600 6 core CPU
GIGabyte MB 970A-UD3P
GeForce GT 730 video card
8 GB Ram
4 WD Harddrives 1 TB ea
450 pwr supply

6 core AMD 9600? If that's actually what you bought, it's a counterfeit chip. AMD currently only makes chips up to 9590, and all in the 8000-9000 range are 8 core, only the 6000 range has 6 cores (mainly just the 6300 and 6350).


Considering you aren't putting actual specifications for anything other than the motherboard, I would venture to guess you have software/ hardware failure somewhere, starting with the drivers and going to the PSU.

Make sure all of your drivers are up to date and post the real specs using pcpartpicker
