Hie everybody , recently I bought a nvidia gtx 550 Ti but I only have 1.5 gb ram and planning to add 2 gigs more. I want to know will the gpu help me in par for low ram memory and will I be able to play witcher 3 on the lowest possible settings with:
intel pentium dual core e2140 1. 6 ghz
3.5 gb ram
nvidia gtx titan
windows 7 64 bit

Solution
You're buying a GTX Titan with that system PC? I'll let you know that it's just a total waste of money.

1. Your CPU is very slow, will bottleneck the GTX Titan like crazy, that will be just a painful thing to watch. Already the GTX 550Ti is bottleneck badly by your processor.
2. You need atleast 4 GB's of RAM to play the majority of games, but some will require more , so 8 GB's is recommended these days.

My recommendation is to forget about the Titan and build a new PC. That's simply a 2005 PC with a high end GPU and will perform the same with the Titan as with the 550Ti.

Just sell what you can from your current PC and buy a new one.

Well the cpu came out in 2007 but hes right that will bottleneck the crap out of your pc best bet is you build a new one sorry but its EOL for that pc.. Or if you could find a quad core on ebay to extend the life some prices are around 25 bucks and up but its still going to be sluggish also 4 gig is the max for 32 bit os you really want to go with 64 bit and 8 gigs and I know that 8 gigs of ddr2 mem is close to 200 bucks reason why we mention a new build.

well am buying a used one for 24$ w
still if I install and play games will it physically damage my pc

There is no way you are getting a Titan card for $24 unless it's broken in two.

Please go over exactly what system you have now, CPU, case, power supply, video card, motherboard, brands and models and your budget for upgrades. You are listing too many odd things to sort out what you have and what you are going to get.

You talk about already having a GTX 550 Ti then say GTX Titan then ask about a 610 which is much slower than either of the other two.

For Witcher 3, if you replace the system aside from the video card if you have the 550Ti with an Intel i3 build or something (FX-6300 maybe), you can play on lower settings, maybe Medium if at lower resolutions (1440x900 for example).
