Hi,

My graphics card Radeon HD 6870 just died and I would like to buy a new one.

These are my specs:

POWER SUPPLY: OCZ ModXStream pro 700w
RAM: Dimm 4Gb DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 Box Sandy Bridge
MoBo:: MB ASUS P8Z68-V LX€
Monitor: VG248QE - 1920x1080 - 144Hz
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO

I would like to play games like fallout 4 or dayz not necessarily full settings but I woul like to record them at 60 FPS if possible.

These are the programs that I use: Photoshop CS6, Sony Vegas 13 and I might use Premiere and after effects.

Budget: 150£
I live in the UK

What GPU would you reccommend me?

Thanks for your support!!!

I forgot one thing: I have a budget of 150 £

Is it enough for what I ask or I should spend more?

150 £ will buy you a GTX960 which is a nice performance boost over your sadly departed 6870.
A similarly performing amd card would be the R9-380.

If your apps can use the CUDA capabilities of Nvidia, I would go with the gtx960 or another nvidia card.

And... if your os is a 64 bit version, adding ram will be very good for your photoshop performance.

Thanks, I am going to take a look at the GPUs.

Yes, my system is a 64 bit version.

Should I Change the ram too or just add more?
