Server hardware...

Server Roles:
Plex server - data stored on the two HGST NAS drives(7200RPM), backed up to a self powered external drive.
Central data storage for home network - data stored on the two WD RED drives(5400RPM), backed up to a self powered external drive.
Home DVR - data stored on the WD Purple drive(5400RPM), not backed up.
OS - Win7 running on SSD, backed up to USB powered external laptop drive.
Currently I have a 2 year old 500W Bronze PSU with 6 SATA connections, so I have to use a 4-pin to SATA adapter for the Blu-Ray. As my needs grow, I might add another 1-2 drives, probably to the Plex storage. All PSU calculators say my system currently pulls around 300W at load, so I have plenty of power, but I don't like to use adapters and would like a more efficient PSU. So I would prefer something with at least 7 SATA connectors, 8-10 would be ideal.
This system is always on, ie it never sleeps, but it spends 99% of the time at idle. The main times it's being used is either when a movie is streaming, or I am ripping/transcoding movies to add to my collection. Thus I need a PSU that has a high efficiency at lower power levels. While a 400W PSU is probably enough, I would prefer at least a 450W PSU, but think anything 600W or higher is overkill. Plus the higher the rated wattage, the lower on the efficiency scale the idle power draw of this system falls. I think something at an 80-Gold or higher rating would be best.
My budget is $125 and of course I would prefer to spend less if possible, but I do want a high quality unit as I have a lot of money invested into this server and don't want a crappy PSU taking it out.
What recommendations do people have and please list why you suggest a certain PSU.
Thanks!
