MSI H81M-E35 V2 vs Asrock H81M-HDS

Solution
That's a good combination of parts. The PSU is powerful enough, and efficient enough but I would want a higher performance one. A Radeon R9-270X needs at least 24 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply and 2 - 6 pin PCIE power connections. The HEXA power supply has 2 - 18 amp 12v rails and 2 PCIE 6+2 pin Connections.

However, I would strongly recommend something better, like a Seasonic 520, or an XFX 550 W PSU. They use all high-performance Japanese capacitors.

It will be hard to find people with experience of both boards. I would buy the ASRock board myself. I have a lot of experience with them, in general.
