Basically my friend has this problem on his desktop pc. when he presses a button, lets say 1 it opens like the next icon next to the start button. when he presses 2 it opens next to the 1st icon. He has used different keyboards but he still has the same problem. How could he fix it? Thanks. This also happens when he plays so it interrupts his gaming sessions. he is using windows 7
