Cannot see bios because of display

Well I went into bios and then I Changed my display to automatically show the onboard graphics so I went to save and then my computer restarted. So now when I boot up I can't get back into bios but after a little while I can see my normal computer lock screen, I need to get back into bios so I can change my display back to pci-e.
I have an AsRock h97 pro-4
And an gtx 750ti and Intel i5 4590.

Connect your screen to the onboard, change the setting and connect it back to the PCI-E card. Or clear cmos.
