Hi guys. So my computer was just built, and we have installed Windows 10 x64 on it. We can power it on just fine, but it won't restart or shut down at all. I can get the power down screen in windows, and I can get the restart screen, but then it'll just cut to black yet the fans and other components keep running. The same thing happens when i try to restart in the BIOS. We've tried clearing CMOS, resetting bios to the defaults and flashing an updated version of the bios but still nothing.
