What Graphics Card should I buy for this price ?

So at around Christmas time I should have around 250 euro. Keep in mind that it's euro because I live in Ireland. But I want a GPU that i can play game on High Settings and get 60+ fps in most cases. I will be playing games like Call Of Duty, Assasins Creed, GTA5 etc. I was thinking of buying the R9 280x on amazon but I know that AMD has gotten rid of them and replaced them with the 380 and such. So should I get that or is there a better alternative ? Please don't tell me to wait until I have the money and get a GTX 970.

That's a low quality PSU , but should be enough to power either a R9 380 or a R9 280X.
Between these 2 cards , you should go for the cheaper one , because the differences are very small.

Oh sorry for that ..... didn't read correctly.
On 1080p a R9 380 4 Gb would be a great choice there. The R9 280X is a little bit faster , but not by huge amounts.
Also what PSU do you got.
