Ok, out of everything to do with computer parts and picking the right ones of what not, I think that power supply has to be one of the more confusing to me. I'm currently picking out parts for a PC that will be mostly used for gaming and then some other little things (not really important). Anyway I have picked out most of my parts but I still am not sure about the power supply. I used this website - http://coolermaster.outervision.com/PSUEngine2 - and it came from a guy I trust. So I filled out all the information and it says "Your Recommended Minimum Power Supply is 329W", but I have no idea what this means. How is this supposed to help me pick a power supply and what watts should I look for in a power supply without using to much or not enough making it inefficient and taking more power than it need?

I know this was already solved but I was wondering, would an SSD throw anything off balance? Or would I have to look at different power supplies? This is the card I'm looking at - Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive. The reason for wanting this is I've heard that a SSD is quicker when opening programs and reboot times or something like that. My question though, does it come with any restrictions?
