Hi, i just moved my pc from my desk to my cabinet under the desk, and it tends to get quite hot. Now, i could just ramp up the fans to over 9000. But i want it to be quiet. Therefore im asking you what kind of fans i should add. I will link you a couple of pictures of my situation.
The kind of fans i want tips on are both in case pc fans and fans that i can put in the hole above and behind the pc (see first pic).
Case: Fractal Design R5
I already have 1 fan in the front and one in the back. Im also worried about my PSU since it gets it air from under the case.
Requirements:
Somewhat good looking (transparent sidepanel when i go to lan parties)
SILENT (under 22-24 decibels)

I tend to close the glass window on the cabinet, so i don't think more front fans will do much.
If you need any additional information, feel free to ask.
Update: Will three Noctua 140mm redux fans fit my needs? (3 in the top. Airflow version of the fans)
