* CPU is plenty for 99% of tasks for most people and costs less.
* GPU is better than a GTX 950 and has 4 gb's of VRAM, which can possibly help out in a year or two when games require more than 2 gb's of RAM (might not make much difference now, but could help out later).
* RAM is good and is cheaper.
* Case is a good solid one and is cheaper w/o sacrificing quality/options, IMHO.
* PSU is a good option and is also cheaper.
It is up to you, but the build above is a better gaming system over the one you selected.
