Radeon HD 6450 vs GeForce GT 610

Hello
I would like to know which GPU is better Radeon HD 6450 OR GeForce GT 610 ?
and a 400 WATT PSU will be able to run Radeon HD 6450 fine?
i found this compare but i'm still confused :

Cause at overall its says Radeon HD 6450 is a bit better then GT 610
but there is small list compares most modern games performance between both and the GT 610 is won it all at performance except 1 game for HD 6450 by 2 or 3% better
and the difference is just 2$
a 400 WATT PSU will be able to run Radeon HD 6450 fine?
What should i buy?

Neither is worth buying. They are both based on very old tech and are way too slow to play modern games at a decent res. Heck the built in IGPU on newer cpu's is way better than both of those cards..

Read this article to get a better idea of the current state GPU value. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html most of the time you need at least $100 usd to get anything worth buying.. Both cards you are looking at are 4 generations old at this point and released around 5 years ago.. Don't do it man...

has the minimum hardware requirements however they don't list the cards you are looking at so i had to extrapolate the data. It would seem that both cards are much much slower than the minimum requirements.
And if you read down the link you gave for the two cards in the original post it says you only need a 300 watt power supply for both of those cards.

I want just simple gaming and i saw gaming videos on this GPU on youtube and its exactly what i want for this old PC
as i said i don't want to spend many bucks on this old PC

If the HD 6450 uses DDR3 vram, go with the GT 610. If the HD 6450 uses DDR5 vram, go with the 6450. Either card will run on any old 400W psu, even an old one, so you're fine there.

You will be able to play plants vs zombies, although I don't know if you could play on the higher setting (can't remember if it has low/high or low/med/high settings).

Just curious? Is your budget around $35?

I don't know about playing GTA IV. You will be able to play L4D2 at low settings.

Also, what resolution are you intending to play at? That will significantly affect what settings you can use.

my first plan were budget around 250-300 USD for upgrading it but after i knew my PC is too weak i won't spend so many bucks on it cause its hopeless
