Is this PC good to play any or most games on high settings?

Solution
I don't think a 980 would be worth it because if the new Pascal cards are really going to be so much better then why waste $500 on a graphics card that won't be as good. A monitor is better to buy expensive at first because that's something you don't upgrade that often. Plus that monitor could become a good second monitor later on for a console maybe. Even though it wouldn't be able to take full advantage of the 144hz. The build leaves room for some upgrdability, though going with a skylake build would be better for that, it is I think slightly more expensive because it's new.
