Questions before buying new CPU

Hello
i have few questions before buying my new CPU
i'm gonna buy new CPU for my old PC
Here is my questions:
1.Does this CPU comes with Cooling fan or not? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003OAL1AG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=A3SWF8ISJ9DMAC
2. Do thermal paste comes with CPU or i have to buy it separately?
3. Does replacing CPU needs experience i saw video showing how to do that and it was looking so simple and i know how to replace GPU & RAM or i need to send my PC to nearest PC workshop to replace it for me?

** There is always some risk in changing components yourself. You could discharge an electric shock that would damage the intermal components. You could physically drop the components or bend the connectors if placed in the PC incorrectly. There will always be SOME risk in doing anything yourself.

That said, if you use proper precatuions agaist shocking your components, and research how to change your components properly, I have no doubt you have the ability to do it yourself successfully.

1) I couldn't see any mention of it in the product info, but some of the Amazon reviews have said it came with one.

2) You'll have to buy it seperately (it sometimes comes with aftermarket CPU heat-sinks)

3) If you do your research you'll be able to change out your CPU just fine. Don't just watch one video, read a few articles and ask lots of specific questions that you're not sure about before actually changing the CPU out yourself.

3. So should i take my PC to store for replacement for amount of money? is there risk of replace it by myself?
I have question which is kinda outside my question but i really need answer for it ... does changing GPU may put my PC in risk?

Ummm i always avoid touching cables and pins on motherboard while looking or cleaning my PC or replacing RAM
But i found changing is more easier and simple cause my PCIE slot is not near cables or sensitive places like near the CPU or pins
