Help with mini ITX build!

I'm building a mini itx, and i went to pcpartpicker.com, and it said that the Cooler Master hyper 212 evo will not be compatible with my Corsair 380T Mini ITX case. Is this true? This is only my second build, and I have no idea what works and what doesn't yet.

Please help!

Thanks alot, I think I'm going to stick with the Cryorig since I'll just be using the radiator mount for 2 120mm fans for extra flow, thank you again, that helped me so much.
